The cost of metal figures is quite steep, but sometimes I need to bite the bullet and purchase some to round out my collection. In this instance it was to get some French horse artillery from Perry Miniatures. I had a British horse battery, and with all of the French cavalry I have on hand, a horse battery was required. The figures are great and a pleasure to paint. Here is how they turned out.
